Google is a search engine but much more. When you go to the Google site you will see tabs for web, images, videos, maps, news, shopping, gmail, and more. Click on “more” and then “even more” to see the vast array of what can be done in Goggle. This blog was done using “Blogger” that is found under “even more”. Google Earth is a fascinating download where you can spin the globe and zoom in on about any spot on the earth.
Google Chrome combines the address bar and search bar; thus, you enter URL’s or search terms in the same bar. You can enter math problems directly in the bar for quick answers to simple calculations. A spreadsheet is available as part of documents. This spreadsheet can be downloaded to your computer. Just spend some time at the Google site to learn about the applications that you may want to use.
